We have decided to invite guest bloggers onto Broadstuff to cover areas that we don't really cover, but we feel are important in terms of how the emerging broadband media technologies are used, and their impact in the wider context.
We are delighted to have Kathryn Corrick to write some of her thoughts on some of the wider issues.
Kathryn is a journalist and consultant in digital media with a special interest in the power new technologies give to people and organisations to make a difference. Her clients range from very small one person start-ups to large corporations and organisations. She is also a member of
IPPR's steering group on Local Media & Citizenship project.
Up until last year she was online manager of the New Statesman where she oversaw online content, technology and business.
She is also moderator for the New Statesman New Media Awards, and there is a Young Innovator category that she is interested in receiving suggestions for. More details
