21st Century Global Summit - second day

Another very interesting day, again a huge amount of interesting material whic I want to cover in a larger post later. Interesting conversations today were with:

The Jaman guys - an online service for great films that never make it to cinemas - really interesting stuff - and they say the read this blog religiously....got to be good guys

Telemanagement Forum's Keith Willets on the evolution of the Telco from product to service to customer centricity and the huge challenges faced by companies that have huge infrastructures to run.

The Clarity team on the evolution of virtual worlds like 2nd Life

The iO guys on the evolution of their platform (disclosure - we did an extensive review of this a few years back before the company was set up)

I was also very interested in Jyri Engestrom's observations on the sociology of online social networks - finish that PhD Jyri, it should make fascinating reading....

Kudos too to Ralph Cochrane and team for making it all happen

I'd love to hear about the Second Life presentations, specifically. It's a phenomena that's surprised and disappointed me at the same time.
