Alan,
Good to have met you last night at the Social Media Club. I though your Northern Rock example was very interesting / important in terms of showing how the mass can do a better job of providing information that the specialists (i.e. the media). However, it also highlighted what for me is the key issue - how to you make the collective / aggregated viewpoint easily visible or accessible. Would be good to continue the discussion. Here is the last post I wrote on the mediation issue, which also contains some links to previous stuff. http://tinyurl.com/2yzjac Regards, Richard
Likewise good to meet you Richard.....as discussed, we have been working on technology to make the aggregated view - the "zeitgeist" - more visible and won a BBC Innovation award earlier this year to take it further.
Will comment some more on your blogsite..... |
