Would Amazon lose much by offering you the choice of delivery company at checkout? Either for the same fee, or certain premium delivery companies?
Alternatively, if we complain to amazon about the quality of service provided by a particular company, they have huge power of the delivery companies and can get them to compete on quality as well as price for the contract Could Amazon look to LLU? Same as the telcos, concentrate on the high density areas, stick with royal mail for everywhere else? That would seem to fit with its strategy of transforming itself from a digital retailer to a fulfillment service http://www.amazonservices.com/fulfillment/
Recent orders from Amazon have just been left on our doorstep. In view of the street and open to the weather.
Ive been hit by the automated email response of pointlessness from Amazon and havent had any good explanation as to why they are now dropping this ball. Theres something rotten in the state of Dem(Amazon)ark! |
