BT Futurologist Dr Nicola Millard on the incongruity of lage organisations recruiting people on social media (such as facebook) then banning it's use within the company.
I have a lot of time for the BT futurology people, they have been fairly good over the last 10 years - but the fact that this is also BT Web TV channel points to something else that we already have been working with smaller clients on for some years and is now clearly entering large scale corporates - that all organisations will become media organisations in time, and probably multi-medis such asTV et al, as well as just a website.
